Our Pinot Noir is grown in rocky, low vigor soil. The wine is aged for 24 months in barrel, resulting in a more full-bodied Pinot than most, opening with aromatics of strawberry and boysenberry. This Pinot Noir pairs well with roasted chicken or pasta dishes, casseroles, beef stews and even salmon.
