We take our bold, fruit-forward, aged Tempranillo wine and age it an additional six months in toasted oak barrels formerly used to age Bourbon, obtained here locally in Oregon. The result is unique and delicious; the jammy Tempranillo picks up character from the Bourbon barrel. This limited wine displays flavors of ripe plum, dark cherry with that hint of bourbon on the finish. Pair with grilled red meats or enjoy on its own.
