Our popular white blend Cuvée is now available in a sparkling brut. Estate Riesling, Viognier, and Grüner Veltliner combine richness with finesse, pear and a slight kiwi sweetness on the nose. The high acidity from the Riesling, along with the rich creamy taste from the Viognier, and the Lemon, Lime, and Grapefruit flavors from the Grüner Veltliner explodes in your mouth like pop rocks.

Perfect with any mushroom dish, fish, and seafood, especially lobster, and pastas with cream sauces.
